A precious gemstone and austere concrete

This has started with an experiment and playing with originally quite non-homogeneous materials. How will precious gemstone and austere concrete fit together? This has given rise to a series of decorative minimalistic bowls suitable for interiors as well as conservatories. Their irregular texture is reminiscent of natural volcanic rock. At the same time, the gemstone does not act as something out-of-place or heterogeneous but along with such processed concrete it forms a harmonious whole.
